**A gentle evening session to help ease the stress and emotional overwhelm that can come with the Christmas season.**

As the festive period approaches, many of us can feel pulled in every direction - juggling plans, emotions, and expectations. This 1.5-hour session offers a calm space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Using *Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)*, also known as *tapping*, we’ll explore practical ways to release stress, anchor calm, and gently shift feelings of overwhelm. You’ll leave with simple tools you can use anytime - plus a lighter, more grounded mindset for the weeks ahead.

Enjoy a relaxed, friendly setting with mince pies and optional chat afterwards. Whether you come along for a moment of peace, a new technique, or a bit of calm connection, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
